Youth Program

The Discovery Day Camp Youth Program, for children going into Grades 1-7, offers a fun and enriching experience filled with a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, robotics, science and engineering, outdoor games, sports, nature exploration and more!

In addition, campers will go offsite throughout the summer to places such as Bruce’s Mill where they will experience Treetop Trekking’s Tree Walk Village and Lake St. George where they will learn the fundamentals of canoeing in the great outdoors.

Highlights of the Youth Program

Swimming Program

Youth campers participate in the swimming program to learn essential swimming skills and be safe in and around water. Campers who attend two or more sessions get an opportunity to earn their swim badge as well!

Outdoor Adventures

Youth campers get an opportunity to travel offsite to experience exciting programming such as Treetop Trekking at Bruce’s Mills and Canoeing at Lake St. George!

Dining Program

All Youth Campers get a fresh, healthy lunch everyday in our brand new dining hall. In addition, campers also get nutritious snacks twice a day.
