The Discovery Day Camp Leadership Program invites students entering Grades 7, 8 and 9 to experience a dynamic blend of team-building exercises, cabin placements and goal-setting sessions. We provide a diverse array of engaging activities designed to foster personal growth. This program is a structured opportunity for campers to build essential skills in collaboration, communication and creative problem-solving.
We believe that strong leadership is built on a foundation of teamwork. Through our targeted activities, participants learn to appreciate diverse perspectives, leverage individual strengths and support one another in achieving common goals. This process not only builds empathy, resilience and adaptability but empowers young adults to become the kind of leaders who can inspire positive change within the Discovery Day Camp community and beyond.

Highlights of the Leadership Program
Recreation Swimming
Leadership Program campers get multiple days of recreational swimming as part of the program, making for a fun playful outdoor activity while also getting a chance to cool off on those hot summer days.
Outdoor Adventures
From communications to working in a team, Leadership Program campers get an opportunity to develop important life long skillsets while enjoying the summer weather.
Dining Program
All Leadership Program campers get a fresh, healthy lunch everyday in our brand new dining hall. In addition, campers also get nutritious snacks twice a day.
